DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD Wednesday, June 15, 2011

(Re-convene from May 18, 2011) Elaine Barkyoumb Request for Variance at 102 Huntville Rd.

Members Present: J. Heyer, B. Murphy, M. Casey, J. Beers

Alternates Present: L. Hayes

Public Present: Skip Taylor, ZA

7:00 PM- There was discussion among the Board members whether Ms. Barkyoumb had withdrawn her request. It was agreed that she had not. Skip Taylor asked if her plans to enlarge her garage footprint could have been done within the 5 criteria required to grant a variance. Was there any other way to put a larger garage on the house within the setbacks? This was discussed by the Board. B. Murphy stated that the bylaw, as written in the new Development Regulations, was not productive to the community.

7:10 PM- B. Murphy moved to close the hearing to public input; J. Beers 2^nd. All in favor.
